How it all started…
Over a glass of wine while eating pizza, a friend and I chatted about improvisation and how beneficial it is to our mental health, confidence, and community. We were equally frustrated that you can’t have it on the Mornington Peninsula. Thus: Improv for Life was born! Let’s find the fun in life!
